DIY Christmas Room Decor! Easy Decorations For The Holidays! 2016

Hello everyone! How is it going? Outside the showcases stores  and in every corner of the city is already feel the air of festivity, in fact just a few weeks at Christmas. Then it's time to decorate the room but do not want the usual colorful decorations that are not well for your room or are not your style. However the unique pieces of decoration you like the most cost a lot so I decided to do this tutorial with material that we have in our  house. This make festive and cozy room but still a minimal look. 

What is needed for this tutorial are: 
              1.sheets of A4 paper, 
              2.school glue, 
              3.white thread, 
              4.pencil, 
              5.cardboard, 
              6.scissors, 
              7.thin brush. 

What we're going to make is a garland to hang on your wall or you can use the ornaments to decorate the Christmas tree. We will make three elements: 2 ornaments and a string of stars, this DIY is very easy to accomplish in a couple of hours the garland is ready to hang it on the wall. But given that the Christmas spirit is to share and be with the one you love you can benefit  this opportunity to be in the company of your friends, boyfriend / girlfriend, or your family members so the time of realization of the garland is obviously halve. First we have to create  the ornament pattern that we want, I did freehand all the elements of the garland but you can download shapes ornaments that you like from the internet images.
 For the realization of an ornament serves a sheet of paper cut into four pieces and then fold together in half then trace above with pencil following the pattern. After cutting out put together three pieces folded  , applied the glue, put the white thread  as I show in the tutorial and then glued the fourth part and here the first ornament is made. same procedure is done for the second ornament that in apparence looks the same but in reality, is more rounded and squashed. For the stars after  cut out following the pattern , fold in half and then I do the same as I did for ornaments I take three pieces  folded  glue together not forgetting to use a long string enough to contain 3 stars. once finished there is nothing left to do but to assemble the garland leaving a space between an ornament and the other of 5-6 cm. if you want to keep them fixed in place then applied some glue.

Hello beauties! there you go again with another tutorial nail art suitable for those people who like nail art, however, that are not very practical to draw mainly the left hand or the right if you're left-handed, then everything is resolved with stamper is very quick and easy . You can find the stamper anywhere but I would suggest you order them online on bornprettystore site.Some days ago I received some a mail by Born Pretty Store, an online store that sells lots of nail art tools and supplies. Today tutorial I’m talking you about the stamper, and  the rhinestones.

I was incredibly surprised to see how well this stamper works! It is very squishy and sticky (it needs to be primed with some nail polish remover) and it perfectly captures the designs. All the small details are captured and transferred on nails, as you can see in my nail art.to attack the stones that have a non-planar bottom you have to put two or more layers of enamel

What’s up DIY-ers! It’s Val! This time I ventured into a different DIY, from my usual, a must have of this summer are the halter top, and I love them. Flipping through a fashion magazine I saw a halter  top and want it but  it was impossible for me to find it in stores so I decided to do it myself.  Ok  hand to the work and begin the tutorial. what we need: yarn, hook, scissors.

Step 1. Hold crochet hook in the right hand and make a slip knot on hook.

Step2. Bring yarn over hook from back to front with hook and grab it.

Step3. Draw hooked yarn through slip knot and onto hook. This makes one chain stitch long enough to go to one side of the thoracic cage to another.

Step4. Skip the first chain stitch. Insert hook into center of next chain stitch. Draw yarn through the chain stitch and up onto the hook. There are now 2 loops on hook.

Step5. Bring yarn over hook from back to front, and draw it through Both loops on hook. And loop remains on the hook, and you have just made one single crochet stitch.

Step6. At the end of the row, make one chain stitch, then turn the work counterclockwise, leaving the hook in the chain. And begin to make as muche row as you need to cover  the bra area

now i will do the halter shape, start to do a single crochet at the first stitch then skip the second stitch and single crochet at the third stitch, this make the top pulling inward assuming a triangular shape. when you reach the end you'll do knot chain one, flip it over  and continue to do this for some rows as you need, I did five row.

start to make this cool design :  at  the first stitch I did a single crochet  and then I did double crochet which is :

Step1. Yarn over and pull through chain. You should have 3 loops on hook.

Step2. Yarn over and pull through 2 loops on the hook.

Step3. Yarn over again and pull through remaining 2 loops. One double crochet has been made.

Then chain one stitch and skip a stitch to do a double crochet so we have a space between the double crochet. At the end I did a single crochet and flipped over and did a chain and start again with a double crochet . and single crochet at the last stitch chain one flipped it over and I created a loop of four chains then single crochet on the  top of the double.

And after I finished the row of loops on the top of them I did the basically the same pattern except of the row with double crochet where i did two double stitches instead of one . once the  top is finished we have to make the straps so make 50-60 chains and go back to make a slip stitch and when i finish the strap what I do is to make a single crochet on  my way  along the top and create the four strapes . at the very least  bring the straps across over and make an x shape. to complete the halter top I cut the threads of yarn of the length my fringes want to be and i knot each thread with one another to create this pattern that gives the halter top a bohemian look.   Finally we have this amazing halter top that you can match them with every piece of clothing, I simply paired with a pair of shorts and a pair of sandals. thanks for watching! you are awesome if you reached the end of this long tutorial! SUMMER AZTEC NAIL ART - DESIGN

Hello nail art Lovers! Summer is here finally and we can show off our nails with fluorescent colors, which I think are very suitable in summer because it enhances the tanning. What goes best with fluorescent enamels are the Aztec designs so I recorded this tutorial to show  how I realized these designs on the ring finger and the middle finger. The result is formidable and I have already received many compliments on how beautiful my nails look with this design.

DIY FLORAL IPHONE CASE

Hi!! What's up DIYers? It's Val. This time for this DIY  iphone case I was inspired by a print of cat coquillette. For them who don't know  cat coquillette is freelance designer she is so awesome. Her design with pop color  it's an art I think. You can find her work in retail stores like Urban Outfitters, Modcloth an and Etsy. I was inspired by her but of courseI tried to give my mark, I gave space of my imagination to obtain this formidable and also cheap iPhone case.

Materials used: - 3 shades of blue acrylic paint (dark blue, blue, light blue)

                         - gold nail polish

                         - a trasparent iPhone case

                         - thin brushes

                         - top coat or clear nail polish

                         - swarovski

I used the blue but you can use your favorite color and you your favorite quote or any other word that you want , if you don't like this, and play with your creativity. Once you write with the gold nail polish C'est la vie translated it's life,  following the pattern start with dark blue to draw. 

With lighter blue acrylic paint you can add details to give dimension but also to beautify the design, then glue the Swarovski to give light .

After finishing the design let it dry for a few hours before applying the top coat because if not, you'll combine a mess. you still have to wait a while to use the iphone case, I advise you to let it dry a day. And finally you will have a gorgeous floral design.

Summer is near the corner and that makes us think immediately to the holidays, and since then it costs nothing to dream I want to dream big so why not imagine in a Miami beach, relax and sunbathe. More or less well-known brands have the most recurring prints in summer, and among them there are palm trees and flamingos. So I was inspired for this nail art I drew a pink flamingo and I made an abstract palm design.

DIY IPHONE CASE - TATTOO INSPIRED

Hello to all my DIYers! Welcome back to my channel pinterest is always a source of great inspirations, in fact as soon as I find some time I go to snoop around and get some ideas. This tutorial was inspired by a Tattoo, which I saw on pinterest. Then I made some adjustments to personalize it and make it more suitable to the person who will be using this iphone case. Ok enough talking and start the tutorial.
 To do this project you need:
                            - an iPhone case (pastel purple color),
                            - black acrylic paint,
                            - thin brush,
                            - blacks rhinestones,
                            - top coat or clear nail polish.

I prefer the top coat to the mod podge, because it dries quickly and I find that puts more emphasize the design. If you want to know where took these materials I leave all links in the description box. Start making the sketch of tattoo chosen, in this case a lotus flower. at first draw the petals one by one do the sketch then eventually trace over to make it more intense.
Write namaste, which is a greeting commonly used in many parts of Asia. At this word, however, it is implicitly associated with a spiritual significance, which it may perhaps be translated in a more comprehensive way of greeting (I bow to) the divine qualities that are in you.
Nowadays the word namaste is quite well known in the West, and has become a typical greeting in the groups who appreciate the philosophies and Eastern religions, or simply a greeting of yoga.
Of course you can write instead of namaste a word that is more suitable to you and to your belief. Add detail above and below, and do not care of the mistakes made , because is sufficient cotton buds soaked with water to remove all. Once the drawing is finished let dry acrylic paint for 1 - 2 hours. the next step is not necessary for those who want a sober iphone case, it depends on personal tastes.
For those more whimsical stretch forth a top coat layer to adhere the rhinestones, creating the shapes that you prefer in this case the small flowers. Fill all petals of lotus flower with rhinestones.
To protect the design and decoration, apply a top coat effect gel that makes everything a lot more splendid, and the black acrylic paint become more vibrant. well well we finished to customize the iphone case I didn’t think it would come out so beautiful.

TRIBAL NAILS - COACHELLA INSPIRED

What’s up girls? It’s  Val , welcome back to my channel. ^^ For today tutorial  was inspired  by Coachella . I was fascinated by all kinds of styles, especially the different prints, from the most romantic to the more rock. 

But it is nothing new that I like the tribal style, it is this style associated with iridescent colors have inspired me for this nail art. I applied the base coat, then I gave two coats of yellow LIME nail polish . Once dry the polish, with the help of a thin brush I started to draw with black acrylic paint, creating geometric shapes. If you like tribal prints let me know with a thumbs-up on the video, if we get 50 thumbs up, the next nail art I'll do is a tribal , I promise. ^^ I then glued the studded gold decorations. I applied top coat  to protect but also to add sparkle to the design. And here it is this cool nail art that makes the manicure does not go unnoticed. PINK GRADIENT NAIL DESIGN - Layla Polish REVIEW

What's up girls! It's  Val ^^. In this tutorial I will show you a simple gradient nail art. Once I applied layla base coat on all nails. I apply diy peel off base, that facilitates the nail cleaning. With the help of a sponge create a gradient on the nail. Layla nail polish colors are great, most of the formulas apply nicely,like the brush. 

Very easy to apply and hold. Two coats of color gives me a deep color. It dries quickly and also does not splinter soon as the most common nail polishes. then with white acrylic painting I did a geometric design. The gradient effect with the white design gives a fresh look to the nail art, instead of color from light pink to fuchsia makes it perfect for spring.
