Whether you pair your shorts with a comfy blazer or with or a sophisticated blouse the main thing is that you look chic. So decided to turn this old long jeans into trendy hot pants.Tools that are necessery for this tutorial are the scissors , tweezers also use some jewels stones, a meter, a pencil ,needle and thread.
